1. Data we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address and role selection when you join the waitlist. We may also receive technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as browser, device, and request information. Optional analytics information is described below.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure Mentoras, manage the waitlist, send requested launch or service communications, and improve the public website. Where you consent to optional analytics, we use behavioral information to identify usability issues and improve the visitor experience.
3. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Mentoras, such as hosting, communications, and analytics providers. These providers may process information on our instructions and under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.
4. Cookies and Hotjar (Contentsquare) analytics
Mentoras uses necessary first-party cookies for authentication, role routing, and interface preferences. These cookies support features you request and are separate from optional analytics. Examples includementoras_auth_bundle,mentoras_role, andsidebar_state.
Thementoras_analytics_consentcookie records whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics and is retained for 180 days. It does not contain your profile or account data.
If you accept optional analytics, Mentoras loads Hotjar, a Contentsquare service, on public pages only. Hotjar may use first-party cookies and similar technologies to process an online identifier, device and browser information, screen size, country-level location, and behavioral information such as pages viewed, clicks, taps, scrolling, and session interactions. Depending on the features enabled in our Hotjar account, this may include reconstructing public-page sessions to identify friction and usability issues.
We do not intentionally configure Hotjar to collect names, email addresses, payment information, messages, authentication tokens, student records, or other form contents. The public waitlist form is marked for suppression, and Hotjar is not loaded on authenticated portal, chat, meeting, or payment routes. We will review masking and suppression settings in the Hotjar dashboard before enabling production recordings.

5. Your choices and rights
Where applicable law requires consent, we rely on your consent to use optional Hotjar analytics. You can reject analytics or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection where technically possible, but it does not automatically delete data collected before withdrawal.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may need to verify your request before responding.
